HTML and Me

Today , I spent my time trying to make a navigation bar for my blog.
But I can't do it properly. I don't have css sheet of my blog and I also don't know XML codes which blogspot use. zzzz. I try table attribute, yet it works but it's not in the place I want to put :(. Why we can't see css sheets of our blog??

Any volunteers to help me making nice navigation bar? :)

Now already 3 Am.. I have been Night Princess(My sisters and my nicknames given by my father..:D ) during these day..

Exam is on 5 Jan, Web and New Media. 7 Jan .. Maths.. :S I haven't studied anything.
This December is really a busy month.
However, I feel happy and looking forward to January. :)
